SINUS SPRY

March 17, 2020 | Dog-1
I really should sell this sinus spray I devised because it's so effective. Instead, I'll share the formula and you can easily make it for yourselves. Only one of the ingredients is stupidly expensive and that's the Immusist. But it's such a superior product.

First you need a 2-ounce nose spray bottle. An old re-purposed one will do, or you can find them on Amazon very cheaply.

Add to the 2-ounce bottle:

-
6 small crystals Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
-
1 drop Colloidal Silver (10-45 ppm -- no higher ppm's)
-
1 drop Immusist
-
1 drop Trace Minerals
-
1/16th teaspoon Xylitol (Xylitol a sugar substitute derived from the Birch tree and it is excellent for humans, but poisonous and deadly even in small amounts to dogs -- use carefully. No spilling on the counter and swiping the granules off onto the floor. No, no. Because of this caution I consider this ingredient optional. It's cooling and anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, anti-parasitic, and anti-viral, and so I like adding it. But you have to be uber-careful using it if you have animals.)
-
Fill with filtered water and let all ingredients dissolve together.

Put your head back and fill the sinus cavity from each nostril and let it marinate. Then let it slowly drip down the back of the throat.

Do this when you have been around sick people or toxic, polluted air, if you need particular sinus hydration, or if you've had a lingering sinus infection. In the suggested dosage it is very gentle and very effective. I make no medical claims beyond my own experience and the feedback of friends who've also tried it. We find that it fights sinus infections very effectively for us. It kicked one right out of me in 24 hours in December.

Post-script: The Immusist is amazing, but it's a hundred dollars for a bottle. If the budget doesn't allow that, you can STILL make the formula with the other ingredients. The Colloidal Silver on its own should still fight sinus infections used in the dosages above. Use as many ingredients as you can. If you only have the Sea Salt, then just use that in the formula. The full potency is in what I've suggested. It just gets less effective the more things you omit, but each one is powerful on its own with sinus disturbances.

NEBULIZER

March 17, 2020 | Dog-1

This simple, inexpensive nebulizer/diffuser (or any similar brands using water) is a perfect solution to flu-season sinus and lung attackers. I learned this tip from Mike Adams, Health Ranger, and it's GREAT. You'll need:

-
Add no more than a teaspoon of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide to the water cup (This is the plain-old drugstore variety hydrogen peroxide we're talking about.)
-
1 Drop 10-45ppm Colloidal Silver (You really don't need a higher ppm than 10ppm; higher ppm doesn't aid its efficacy, generally.)
-
1 Drop Nascent Iodine (also here)
-
Fill reservoir as recommended with filtered water

And then I sleep with this on if I feel my lungs or sinuses have been compromised. Such a great solution. The addition of the hydrogen peroxide is a stroke of genius. This particular nebulizer lights up in all the colors of the chakras, too, and it's awesome for meditations in darkened rooms.
